The vines themselves grow on natural, south-facing terraces and are trained using the pergola and vertical espalier methods. The ages of our plants range from 40-50 years, although some - genuine natural monuments - are even more than a hundred years old.

Our estate is a treasure trove, an extraordinary maze of different soil types and growing methods.
